Judge recuses herself from Kofi Adams’ case

An Accra Circuit Court Harriet Akweley Quaye has recused herself from a case where National Organizer of the NDC, Kofi Adams is said to have been defrauded by a businessman.

Kofi Adams is said to have been allegedly defrauded by Chief Executive Officer of Kamsak Limited Ghana of Arnold Asante of GH¢840,000 with the intent of using the amount to pre-finance tyres supply contract secured from Goldfields Mining Ghana at Tarkwa.
